Introduction

ANTORIS is the brand name displayed on antoriss.com. The website is operated by Changzhou Nuoke Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. The company name shown in English is a translation of the name recorded on the Chinese business licence.

The registered business address is No. 9-1, Xinyuan Road, Huangli Town, Wujin District, Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, China.

The website operator is based in Changzhou, Jiangsu, China. ANTORIS supplies industrial weighing components and primarily serves business visitors, including distributors and importers, equipment manufacturers and system integrators. Its target regions include the Middle East, Southeast Asia, South Asia, Africa, Latin America and Central Asia.

This Privacy Policy explains how the website operator collects, uses, shares, retains and protects personal information when business visitors use antoriss.com, request product or technical information, or communicate about a quotation, sample, order or project.

This Policy applies to antoriss.com and the communications initiated through it. It does not automatically apply to websites, services or platforms operated by other organisations.

Information We Collect

Depending on the inquiry form you use, ANTORIS may collect information that you choose to provide:

Name and emailContact details required by the current inquiry form
Phone numberOptional where a form offers this field, including an international country code
Company informationOptional company name and other business details you provide
Inquiry detailsRequest type, product category, application and project message
Technical filesOptional drawings, specifications or other attachments you upload
Follow-up informationSpecifications, quantities, quotations or project details shared later

You may also provide additional information in your message or subsequent communications, such as company details, product requirements, technical specifications, drawings, quantities or project information. Please do not submit personal information that is unnecessary for the inquiry.

The website and its hosting, security and form systems also process technical information. A submitted inquiry is stored in WordPress by the ZeroY form system together with the submitting IP address, browser user-agent string, referring page, current page and approximate location information. ZeroY obtains country, region, region code and city information from ipapi.co when a visitor focuses or submits an inquiry form. This mechanism uses the network IP address and does not request precise GPS location.

Hostinger and Cloudflare may process ordinary website request and security data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request date and time, requested URL, response status, browser or device information, referring page and security-event information. The precise fields available to ANTORIS depend on the active service configuration and the relevant provider.

How We Use Information

Depending on the nature of your inquiry and the applicable legal basis, personal information may be used to:

  • receive, review and respond to product or project inquiries;
  • provide product, application or technical information;
  • prepare and discuss quotations;
  • communicate about samples, specifications, drawings, orders or projects;
  • record the approximate country, region and city associated with an inquiry;
  • operate the inquiry form and protect it against spam, automated submissions and duplicate submissions;
  • operate, maintain and secure the website and related communication systems, where applicable;
  • maintain appropriate business and inquiry records; and
  • meet legal, regulatory, accounting, dispute-resolution or enforcement obligations that apply to the website operator.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, ANTORIS relies on the basis appropriate to the activity. This may include taking steps requested before entering into a contract or performing a contract; ANTORIS's legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries, recommending products, maintaining business records, preventing spam, securing the website and understanding aggregate site performance; compliance with a legal obligation; or consent where consent is required for an optional technology or communication.

When ANTORIS relies on legitimate interests, it considers the business purpose, necessity and possible effect on the individual. When processing relies on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.

Cookies and Analytics

The following technologies were identified in the website review completed on 27 August 2026:

  • Cookie Consent by WebToffee. The necessary cookieyes-consent cookie records the visitor's consent choices. The current configuration retains the choice for up to 365 days and enables consent logging. Visitors can reopen the consent control to review or change available choices.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics. The website loads Cloudflare's performance beacon. Cloudflare describes Web Analytics as cookie-free and states that it does not collect or use visitor personal data. It provides aggregate performance and visit dimensions such as page path, referring source, country, device type, browser and operating system.
  • ipapi.co. When a visitor focuses or submits a ZeroY inquiry form, the browser requests an IP-based location response from ipapi.co. The request necessarily exposes the network IP address to ipapi.co. Country, region, region code and city are added to the submission record; precise GPS location is not requested.
  • Google Fonts and the Tailwind CSS CDN. The website currently requests stylesheet, font or script resources from Google and the Tailwind CDN. Standard network request information, including the visitor's IP address and browser request details, is transmitted to those providers so the resource can be delivered.

The consent panel lists the necessary cookie identified above. Cloudflare Web Analytics and ipapi.co do not use cookies on this website and are described separately in this section. No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or advertising platform was identified at the review date.

ANTORIS will review this section and the consent configuration when a cookie, analytics tool, embedded service, advertising platform or other website technology is added, removed or materially changed. Where applicable law requires consent for a non-essential technology, that technology should not be activated until the required choice has been obtained.

How Information Is Shared

Personal information or technical request data may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to organisations that support the website operator, subject to appropriate instructions, confidentiality and safeguards where required. The current website review identified these recipient categories:

  • Hostinger, as the website hosting and WordPress infrastructure provider;
  • Cloudflare, for network delivery, security functions and Web Analytics;
  • ipapi.co, for IP-based country, region and city information when an inquiry form is used;
  • Google Fonts and the Tailwind CDN, when the visitor's browser requests external page resources;
  • email and communication service providers used when ANTORIS replies to an inquiry or communicates about a quotation, order or project;
  • technical suppliers that help review a product or project requirement;
  • professional advisers such as legal, accounting or compliance advisers; and
  • courts, regulators, law-enforcement bodies or other authorities where disclosure is legally required.

ZeroY currently stores inquiry submissions and uploaded files within the WordPress environment. At the review date, its email-notification, webhook and ServerChan integrations were disabled, so those integrations were not additional recipients of form submissions. This Policy must be updated if any such integration is enabled.

ANTORIS limits service-provider and adviser access to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant service or task. Based on the website configuration reviewed on 27 August 2026, ANTORIS does not sell personal information and does not share inquiry information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

International Data Transfers

ANTORIS is based in China and serves business visitors in multiple regions, including the Middle East, Southeast Asia, South Asia, Africa, Latin America and Central Asia. A website visit or business inquiry may therefore involve processing, remote access or storage in a country different from the visitor's country.

The website uses international providers including Hostinger, Cloudflare, ipapi.co, Google Fonts and the Tailwind CDN. Those providers and their approved subprocessors may process information in locations used to deliver their services. The exact location can vary according to the provider, account configuration, network routing and service operation.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, ANTORIS will use the relevant provider's contractual and data-processing terms and, where necessary, an applicable legally recognised transfer mechanism or other supplementary safeguards. A visitor may contact ANTORIS for information about safeguards relevant to a particular transfer.

Data Retention

ANTORIS retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable legal, accounting, security, dispute-resolution or record-keeping requirements.

Factors that may determine the retention period include the status of the inquiry, whether a quotation, sample, order or project follows, the need to preserve technical and commercial records, the sensitivity of the information and any applicable legal obligation.

ZeroY does not currently apply an automatic deletion period to inquiry submissions. Submissions, uploaded files and related communications remain available until an authorised administrator deletes them, and ANTORIS will review them periodically so that information no longer needed for an active inquiry, quotation, order, project, repeat-purchase record, legal obligation or dispute can be deleted or anonymised.

The cookieyes-consent preference is configured for up to 365 days. Hosting logs, security events, backups and provider-held records follow the applicable provider settings and contractual retention rules. Where a valid deletion request applies, ANTORIS will also take reasonable steps to address copies held in active systems and, where technically appropriate, copies that cycle out of backups.

Data Security

ANTORIS uses reasonable organisational and technical measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure, taking account of the nature of the information and the risks involved.

Measures relevant to the current website include HTTPS transport encryption, restricted administrative access to WordPress records, hosting and network-security services, spam and automated-submission controls, software maintenance and provider-operated backup or recovery functions. Access to inquiry and project information should be limited to people and suppliers who need it for an authorised business purpose.

No method of transmission, storage or security is completely risk-free. ANTORIS therefore cannot promise absolute security.

Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, the nature of the processing and the law that applies, you may have some or all of the following rights:

Access your personal information
Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
Request deletion where applicable
Request restriction of processing
Object to certain processing
Request data portability where applicable
Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent
Complain to an appropriate supervisory authority

These rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal conditions, exceptions and identity-verification requirements. To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request” and describe the information or action requested. ANTORIS may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity, protect the requester's information and understand the request.

ANTORIS will assess the request under the law applicable to the individual and the processing, communicate the outcome, and explain any lawful limitation or refusal. Depending on location, the individual may also be entitled to appeal a decision or complain to an appropriate data-protection or supervisory authority. This Policy describes possible rights without claiming blanket compliance with GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA or any other privacy regime.

Children's Privacy

antoriss.com is intended for business users seeking industrial weighing products, technical information or project support. It is not directed to children or intended to solicit personal information from anyone under 18.

If local law applies a different threshold for a person to provide personal information lawfully, that threshold controls. If ANTORIS learns that it collected personal information from a child contrary to applicable requirements, it will take reasonable steps to delete or otherwise address the information.

Policy Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website, business processes, service providers, legal requirements or privacy practices.

The current version will be published on this page and identified by the “Last Updated” date. Where required by applicable law or appropriate to the significance of a change, an additional notice may be provided.
